Before the actual D-day, there are many ceremonies, such as Tilak Ceremony which held one month before the actual day, an Engagement ceremony which held in a very traditional manner, commemorating numerous rituals as per the ancient Vedic era, then followed by Sangeet Ceremony which is the most enjoyable ceremonies because it is all about dance and music and exclusively for women, after that Mehndy Ceremony which is another traditional ceremony, VarMala Ceremony which known as Jaimala and basically involves of garlands between the bride and groom, Mandap Ceremony where all the significant rituals are performed during this ceremony. Mandap and VarMala ceremonyare the important ceremony on the day of the wedding. Besides, there also Viday Ceremony before the Reception Ceremony.
